LINDSI WEAVER
17 year old
Lindsi Weaver has crafted a new album (Produced by
Robert Ellis Orrall for Infinity Cat Records) that reflects the real
life of today's teens, without the corporate label sugarcoating, in a manner
that conveys the honest rollercoaster of pain, joy and being a teenage girl!
In the vein of Michelle Branch and Avril Lavigne, yet unique in her maturity
and vocal quality - the new release "Grounded" shows just that - a new
artist grounded in life and ready for the stars. (Email

COWBOY MOUTH
Somehow, in the
midst of playing over 150 concerts in the past year (sharing bills with artists
such as Better Than Ezra, Sister Hazel and Tonic), this New Orleans based party
rock band has been readying their newest album, packed with their standard fun
and energetic commercial rock. Armed with new songs to complement their
greatest hits -
Cowboy Mouth will be coming to rock a standing-room-only crowd near
you soon! (Email

ALAN BREWER
BME owner and producer
Alan Brewer (2nd from left above) has been in the studio
co-producing (with Doug Johnson) the new Curb/Asylum Records act
Cowboy Crush
-- an edgy all-girl country band that adds spice and attitude to their
commercial appeal. The band's lead singer
Trenna Barnes
is also an active songwriter, and has many songs in the BME catalogue being
promoted to a variety of fellow artists. Brewer, whose
production experience includes work with such diverse artists as Pete
Townshend, Ruben Blades, and Sister Sledge, is excited at the musical
prowess and power of this female quintet, whose album is half-way completed
and is set for completion after the new year. (Email

THE SCOLDEES
In the vein of Natalie
Merchant, Edie Brickell and Fleetwood Mac,
The Scoldees exude a Greenwich Village spirit that also has hints
of heartland connections. Personal stories set in ethereal harmonies and
superb playing has brought this band's first two releases to the attention of
hundreds of radio stations across America. With uses as diverse as MTV and
the Howard Stern Show, The Scoldees hit the nail on the head of today's triple-A
listener, and are now in the studio working on tracks for their upcoming third
album release. (Email
